Let me introduce myself. I am Amanda, a certified nutrition coach who knows exactly what it is like to struggle. I have been on this weight loss journey for most my adult life, and I finally have figured out how to keep the weight off. I can help you if you are just wanting diet and exercise or even if you are on medically assisted track. I know what it feels like to start tired, overwhelmed, and unsure if you can actually stick with it. This wasn’t a glow-up. It was a stack of small choices I repeated until they became normal.
