Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Real Life Nutrition Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles payments, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for our services and programs.

By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and digital services, all sales are generally final once a program, package, or session has started.

We invest time, planning, and resources into each client. Because of this, we do not typically offer refunds for:

  • Completed sessions

  • Partially used packages

  • Missed appointments

  • Lack of participation or follow-through

Exceptions, if any, are at our sole discretion.

2. Single Sessions

For single coaching sessions (not part of a package):

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice (or whatever timeframe you prefer).

  • Sessions rescheduled with adequate notice may be moved to another available time.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

3. Packages & Programs

For multi-session packages, multi-week programs, or ongoing coaching:

  • Payment may be due in full at enrollment or on a payment plan, as stated at checkout.

  • Once the program or package has started, fees are non-refundable, including if you:

    • Decide not to continue

    • Do not attend scheduled sessions

    • Do not use all sessions within the agreed timeframe

If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments, even if you choose to stop participating, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We may, at our discretion, allow:

  • Extension of unused sessions

  • Conversion of remaining value into credits for future services

These options are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.

4. Digital Products & Resources

If we offer digital products such as guides, meal templates, downloads, or courses:

  • All digital product sales are final once access is granted.

  • Due to the immediate and permanent nature of digital access, we do not offer refunds on digital content unless required by law.

5. Cancellations by Real Life Nutrition Coaching

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session, package, or program due to:

  • Illness or emergency

  • Technical issues

  • Low enrollment (for group programs)

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel or significantly alter a service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we may:

  • Reschedule your session, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund for the affected service, at our discretion.

6. Dissatisfaction with Results

Coaching is a collaborative process that requires your active participation. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

  • A particular amount of weight loss

  • Specific body composition changes

  • Health or lab improvements within a set timeframe

Lack of desired results alone is not a valid reason for a refund.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact us first at coach@reallifenutritioncoaching.com

to resolve any payment or service concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

If you file a chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to provide documentation of your purchase, our policies, and your usage of services.

  • We may suspend or terminate access to any services, programs, or future offerings until the matter is resolved.

8. Payment Issues & Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • You remain responsible for full payment of the balance owed.

  • We may temporarily suspend access to services or programs until payment is updated.

  • Late or repeated failed payments may result in additional fees or termination of services.

9. Credits & Special Circumstances

In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer:

  • Service credits to be used within a specific timeframe, or

  • Partial refunds where there has been a clear error on our part (e.g., duplicate charges).

Any such accommodations are one-time courtesies and do not change the general policy.

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase

  • Service or program name

  • Reason for your request

  • Any relevant details (e.g., technical issues, incorrect charges)

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of services after any changes means you accept the revised policy.
